XYZ MEDIA is in search of an organized self-motivated Account Executive based in Mumbai/Bangalore. The Account Executive is in charge of driving new business development and finding and opening new clients for XYZ MEDIA. The successful candidate is confident yet humble, professionally persuasive, can demonstrate a solid depth of knowledge on the local digital industry, and helps marketers achieve their digital marketing goals via the campaign. He/she understands the changing media climate and the inherent challenges and opportunities this brings to both clients and publishers.
ROLE: - Sales Executive (Full time) Job Description: •Analyse data and identify new business opportunities from different industries: e-commerce, retail, travel, classified, finance, education, gaming, and others. •Continuously prospect and pitch new clients, looking to drive the sale of new campaigns •Create and deliver compelling sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, and case studies to clearly communicate the value proposition and inspire action. •Be fully responsible for the sales process: Manage client relationships from the early stages of the sales process through to post-sales account management hand-off •cross-functionally collaborate with internal agency teams, technical support, analytics, creative service team to fulfill the client’s expectation by achieving campaign target •Track industry and product trends to stay at the top of your game Qualifications: •At least 1-2 years proven experience in direct client relationships in online performance marketing within the India market •Demonstrated track record of success in offering outstanding customer service and innovation leading to revenue growth and customer retention •Ability to assess and resolve advertiser/agency issues encountered in the role and up-sell new products •Strong commercial, technical and analytical acumen •Strong interpersonal and communication skills •B.Tech/B.Sc /BCA university degree; M.B.A is a plus •Fluency in English required
