  • This opportunity is for a Client of DigitalHiree Location - Work From Home As an Ad Sales professional, you would play a key role in driving revenues on Company's leading authentic data platform for mobile marketing in India. As part of the Sales team in the Company, you would be working with one of the best & most ambitious teams in the digital media industry. Your work at Company would require you to engage with top brands and agencies to help deliver effective, impactful, customized digital ad solutions for them. Your knowledge of online, mobile media and along with your persuasive communication skills shall help drive business growth for Company and career growth for yourself Principal Responsibilities ü Sell Company's Mobile Brand and Performance advertising solutions to digital advertising agencies and advertisers from concept through to execution. ü Manage relationships with allocated agencies at mid to junior levels to build a greater partnership leading to enhanced revenues ü Proactively map the market and competition to build a solid sales pipeline from allocated accounts. ü Provide campaign and other regular updates to advertisers and potential advertisers and display excellent client servicing skills. ü Grow business from existing clients while building new partnerships to grow market penetration. ü Work actively with the pre-sales team to deliver propositions that help in meeting the defined campaign objectives for advertisers. ü Expand SME advertiser base by mapping their marketing objectives with the right advertising solution by Company to help them achieve those objectives ü Forecast revenue from the target customer base managed by the candidate and meet those revenue projections. ü, Educate potential clients on the benefits of mobile marketing and the advantages of the Company over its competitors. ü Build strong relationships with clients at all levels DNA – Essential Experience and Skills ü Excellent contacts amongst advertisers & advertising agencies across key Verticals like Packaged Goods/Durables/Auto/Mobile Handset/BFSI etc. ü Strong track record in developing leads, conducting meetings, and translating them into the recurring business. ü High ambition backed with a solid work ethic and desire to excel and grow in a fast growing company and rapidly evolving industry. ü Display a good understanding of Social Media Advertising ecosystem. ü Exceptional verbal & written communication skills ü Proven ability to Independently represent the company across an audience comprising of Marketing Managers, Digital Marketers and Media Planners. ü Understanding on-going impact of technology on mobile media ü Prior experience with Performance marketing campaigns wrt CPI and CPL campaigns is highly desirable and will be given a high weightage. Competencies Required ü Self-Driven individual who proactively identifies opportunities and makes things happen. ü Passionate about mobile eco system ü Excellent communication skills, especially presentation skills with a knack for consultative selling ü Good project management skills ü Excellent relationship management skills ü Hunger to outperform in a fast growing environment ü Strong analytical & numerical skills with commercial awareness
