We are searching for talent to join our team in Andheri West, Mumbai Key Roles. & Responsibilities: Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base Approaching potential clients through new leads Work closely with brands, agencies, and independent businesses to create new opportunities and service the same Manage internal communication and should keep a strong follow up with key clients and internal teams Conceptualize and execute media sales strategies and branding solutions to address clients’ needs Negotiate contracts with brands/agencies and establish a timeline of performance Mapping the market by identifying, developing, defining, and closing business opportunities Communicating new product developments to prospective clients Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competition analysis Maximize revenue opportunities and meet targets Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction. Expect moderate travel Basic qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in sales/marketing 1 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the advertising, media or agency landscape, and proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals via new and existing business. Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment Strong ability to independently deliver against short term immediate goals and long term strategic objectives. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication. Strong attention to detail with a data-driven approach to providing solutions.
